Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
The trial runs for 30 days for up to 50 students, with every module switched on and no credit card required. When you are ready, choose the plan that fits your student count — monthly, or annually to save two months.
Do prices include GST?
No. Plan prices exclude GST, and 18% GST is added on your tax invoice — CGST and SGST for schools in Maharashtra, IGST for schools in other states. Add your school’s GSTIN in settings and it is printed on the invoice so you can claim input tax credit. Invoices are issued by Navya Systems, the company behind iMetricSchool.
Are there extra charges for online fee payments?
You connect your school’s own payment gateway account, and that provider’s transaction fees apply. iMetricSchool adds no fee on top, and there is no licence fee for connecting your account.
Who owns the data?
You do. An administrator can export every record of the school as a single file at any time, and download point-in-time snapshots — no request to us needed.
Do you support schools outside India?
Yes. Each school sets its own currency, time zone, grade scales and document footers. India-specific features such as the UDISE+ export are simply there if you need them. Talk to us about pricing in your region.
